Deadlines to remember:

• Speaker self-registration — upon receipt of acceptance notification and registration instructions sent via email. Speaker Resources is a wholly separate system
• Update your profile, bio, and upload your photo — by March 17, 2025
• Mandatory online release form — by April 1, 2025
• Hotel Reservation deadline – by April 1, 2025 or until the hotel sells out
• Mandatory upload of your presentations for review — by April 7, 2025
