Where is CLEAN WATERWAYS being held this year?

Will there be a virtual alternative this year?

There is currently no plan to have a virtual alternative for the 2025 CLEAN WATERWAYS Conference.

Is there a group discount to attend CLEAN WATERWAYS?

Yes – group discounts are available for any company looking to send 3 or more to CLEAN WATERWAYS. Click here to view group rates or contact Jill Dean – jdean@accessintel.com or 301-354-1618 – to set up your plan.

Are there Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) available?

CLEAN WATERWAYS offers a Certificate of Attendance that may help you meet your state licensing board’s requirement for Professional Development Hours. Many states allow you to earn these credits by presenting or attending seminars, workshops, or professional or technical presentations made at conventions, or conferences, including those presented by vendors with specific knowledge related to the licensee’s area of practice.

How do I get my badge?

Badges can be picked up during registration hours at our registration desk, located outside our exhibit hall the Denver Marriott Tech Center.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual. Be sure to pack light layers as the Hotel might be cool and temperatures vary during the day/night.

What is the registration cancelation policy?

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Full payment must be received prior to the event. If you have any questions please email register@cleanwaterwaysevent.org  or call (301) 354-2101.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: The cancellation deadline is January 31, 2025. Cancellations must be made in writing by January 31, 2025 to receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of $299. Registrants who do not cancel prior to January 31, 2025 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $199 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after January 31, 2025.  

SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made to transfer a registration to another individual. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to register@cleanwaterwaysevent.org  

When will the exhibitor service manual be available?

The exhibitor service manual will be available in February.
