| Certificates of Insurance | As part of your exhibitor contract, you are required to submit a Certificate of Public liability insurance prior to arriving onsite on Wednesday, April 23. Whereas this has always been an exhibitor policy, we are now required to collect these forms and need to do so prior to your arrival. If we don’t receive this prior to the live event date, it may possibly delay your booth set-up. We appreciate your prompt attention to this. If you want to use your existing insurance coverage, you are advised to consult your insurance broker to meet our requirements. In most cases a rider can be added to your present policy for a nominal cost. |
